This unique, ocean-inspired wellness session blends gentle movement and guided breathwork to create a calming and uplifting experience for both mother and child. Led by an internationally trained fitness instructor and wellness coach, the class is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels—whether you're easing back into movement or simply looking to connect with your little one in a meaningful way.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Huizenga Park, this session offers a peaceful space to recharge, bond, and build community with other moms.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, as well as their preferred baby carrier or stroller.
