Ophelia is a vintage-inspired trailer bakery founded by chefs and husband-and-wife duo Juan Vieira and AnaDe Sa Martins. Built for the busy rhythm of everyday life, Ophelia serves breakfast sandwiches, locally roasted specialty coffee, and freshly baked pastries made daily from scratch- from beloved classics like banana bread and cinnamon rolls to seasonal, technique driven pastries like their guava kuigamann.
