This free, outdoor Pilates class is designed for all levels whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro. Led in a welcoming and supportive environment, the session will focus on mindful movement, core strength, flexibility, and balance, all set against the scenic riverfront backdrop in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Bring your own mat, water bottle, and positive energy. Comfortable athletic wear and sun protection are recommended.
