It incorporates age-appropriate music and dance routines that help kids develop a healthy lifestyle, coordination, self-confidence, and teamwork. The classes are designed to be fun and engaging, combining elements of dance, exercise, and games to keep children motivated and active.

Guests are encouraged to wear proper athletic footwear and bring water and a towel as needed. All children must come accompanied by a parent or guardian.
