In 2026, Huizenga Park began a new chapter.

Since reopening, the park has evolved into a place where people come together to move, learn, and connect. Over the past year, we've welcomed thousands of visitors through fitness classes, community events, and cultural experiences. We've partnered with local businesses, instructors, and nonprofits that have helped shape the park's identity.

What stands out most isn't just the programming itself. It's the relationships that have grown around it. We've watched weekly classes become traditions, community events introduce people to new experiences, and partnerships create lasting connections throughout South Florida. As we reflect on our first year, we're grateful to everyone who helped bring the park to life and excited for what's next.

4. We'll Review Your Submission

We evaluate each proposal based on its alignment with our programming goals, community initiatives, and upcoming opportunities within the park.

While we may not add every proposal to the calendar immediately, we save each submission in our database for future consideration. As programming needs evolve and new opportunities emerge, we regularly revisit past proposals and reconnect with potential partners.
